Programming When Key/remote control added or replaced. How - without keyless entry systemNote: This procedure will only program alarm/central locking function. Immobilizer can only be programmed using diagnostic equipment. Program first key as follows: Press key unlock button twice and keep depressed. The door lock should lock and unlock in sequence confirming programming of first key. Release key unlock button. Note: A maximum of 4 keys can be programmed. Obtain all keys. Remove ignition key. Remove driver's side kick panel/lower 'A' pillar trim. Connect central locking registration connectors (white) fig5 . Press and hold central locking switch button on driver's door in unlock position fig6 . Interior lamp will flash and system will emit an acoustic signal to indicate start of programming mode. Repeat programming procedure for remaining key(s). Once the last key is programmed disconnect central locking registration connectors fig5 . Check operation of all programmed keys.
