Делать резьбу под регулятор не пойдет так как на этих моторах 99% разние маслонасоси.

Пробуй! до 150 град кондей не включится! изначально стояло 10 град. эт я до сотки сначала поднял, а потом подумал и в пик загнал.

Смотри датчик холостого хода. Он находится под коллектором. Т-образный! Если он завис он не будет давать доп воздух на холодную. И попробуй скинь разъем с дмрв на работающей.

Notice 1: What FVDI Benz Can't Do? Don't do Key Sync for Benz Smart 450 and 451. About Mileage Correction Function: Don't use FVDI to change mileage for BENZ W212! FVDI can't do it, it will reprogram the CGW ( ZGW ) unit automatically, then damage your car. Don't use FVDI to change mileage for BENZ Sprinter 906! it possible damge your car dashboard. Notice from a user's rich experience: MY FVDI ABRITES Commander For Mercedes Benz Smart Maybach v6.4 PROBLEMS: 1. Mercedes Benz w203 2002/2003/2004 does not change the mileage but only resets the odometer and all lights turn on and nothing works until disconnect/reconnect battery and then still shows old mileage. (no Damage) 2. Mercedes Benz w203 1999/2000/2001 problem which does change the mileage but shows the new mileage for only few seconds and changes back to old mileage although i set to block EZS. (no Damage) 3. Mercedes Benz w203 1999/2000/2001/2002/2003/2004 does not change mileage via CAN cable (out of the car) (no Damage) 4. Mercedes Benz w220 2002 does not change the mileage at all although it says mileage change successfully. Still shows old value. (no Damage) 5. Damages on W204 - needed to Reprogram ZGW of with SCN coding at authorized BENZ dealer. over cost 800 usd 18. Mercedes Benz w203 1999/2000/2001/2002/2003/2004 cannot renew ECU via OBD2 19. Some FVDI PSA users warn others: FVDI kills Johnson control BSI. Exactly, BSI is not kill,it is in boot mode but car is in economy mode, put BSI in car but star other car and connect +and- in car for read BSI is work 100%. To explain better my procedure: no problem when you read BSI connected other car will start on the battery of the vehicle you read BSI because the proceed is not fast and your vehicle goes into economy mod then your BSI remains in boot mod and does not want to start your car if you happen redone a reading of your BSI and finally exit the boot mod reading and more concern, especially connect another car started on the battery of the vehicle to read. Ну так все же написано! Первая дока от макаки, второй текстик говорит о том же самом эффекте: появляющиеся\пропадающие куски кода, вследствие чего не совпадает контролька и внутренняя ошибка, блоку тапки - поэтому и нужно питать проц отдельно от блока. Третий файлик - список поддерживаемых процев от какого-то древнего сеггера, вот обновленный сеггер 4.98а на фото. Но вообще это путь, имхо, тернистый - если Вы выбрали работать дешевым китайским клоном сеггера, вместо специально заточенного под этот проц проггера, то готовьтесь к изучению пдф на проц и прочим аналогичным задачам)))

про шпильки во впускном что-то непонятно.... это что? " чтобы не горели клапана переход с газа на бензин 3500об в настройках" - верно, но только наоборот...))) обосную: тарелка клапана охлаждается за счёт соприкосновения с телом головки ( тепло от раскалённого клапана расходится по телу головки)из этого следует что чем дольше (именно по времени!!) клапан находится в открытом состоянии тем больше он нагревается истекающими из цилиндра выхлопными газами , и только соприкоснувшись с телом головки тепло от него рассеивается (соответственно охлаждаясь)... из этого следует что что-бы клапан не перегревался , ему надо как можно меньше находится в открытом состоянии!!! А время нахождения клапана открытым напрямую зависит от оборотов, делайте выводы( знаю что для очень многих эта информация покажется мягко скажем непривычной но это так ,задумайтесь ) . Из этого следует что верный способ "убить" клапана это езда на газе (кстати относится и к бензину, просто в меньшей степени чем к газу)это езда на повышенных передачах и маленьких оборотах , а если ещё и добавить обеднённую смесь , и активное дросселирование, например при движении в горки , обгоны .... . ув Юрьевич думаю что Ваша мысль о переходе на бензин на повышенных оборотах была сформирована в результате наблюдений работы многих современных систем ГБО в которых при определённых режимах подключается работа бензо-форсунок (опять-же замечу что не полный переход , а совмесная работа , и не только после определённых оборотов ,а при определённых режимах (режимах мощностного обогащения)) это сделано для увеличения скорости распостранения пламени вцилиндре , при больших нагрузках (в эксплуатации более ощутимая реакция на "полный газ") ЗЫ: моё мнение что автомобили с электро дросселем (с их особенностью плавного открывания дроссельной заслонки в зависимости от набора оборотов) и правильно отрегулированным ГБО будут лишены проблем с "горящими" клапанами)) ещё ЗЫ: не собираюсь не с кем по этому поводу спорить(информация собиралась по крупицам годами , так-же подтверждалась годами эксллуатации собственных авто с ГБО и наблюдением-ремонтом настройкой "клиентских") просьба "не согласных" хотя-бы "минусы" не ставить)))

Не охота мне спорить, или разводить дискуссию. Но картерные газы они и в африке картерные газы, и на газу и на водороде и на этелированном бензине с пол таблицы менделеева они остаются картерными газами, и свою работу делают, а именно смазывают все необходимые трущиеся части, уверен что немного "подсырает" и на седла клапанов, правда только впускные выпускные по логике вещей остается только гарью смазывать ) лично у меня бензином смазать никогда ничего не получалось )) насчет "скорости взрыва" скажем лучше "горения" опережением зажигания на 5-7-9 градусов давно эту проблему решили. А по поводу 5того поколения от себя скажу что поспешили )) и реально рассмешили )) да и в общем своим коментом изрядно уЛыбНулИ )) за что отдельное спасибо ) Но я не буду спорить, это Ваше мнение.
