Я не пробовал, но думаю не уйдет... В момент виключення зажигания дросель должен отработать алгоритм и только тогда должна пропасть ошибка по ебу . Болт можна подрегулировать не разбирая дросель просто снять дросель для лучшего доступа.
Я дедал так. Закрутила болт , перевключил зажигания, если все ок то чуть болт вернул назад. Если много закрутить то появиться ошибка по сервоприводу дросселя.

MY FVDI ABRITES Commander For Mercedes Benz Smart Maybach v6.4 PROBLEMS:
1. Mercedes Benz w203 2002/2003/2004 does not change the mileage but only resets the odometer and all lights turn on and nothing works until disconnect/reconnect battery and then still shows old mileage. (no Damage)
2. Mercedes Benz w203 1999/2000/2001 problem which does change the mileage but shows the new mileage for only few seconds and changes back to old mileage although i set to block EZS. (no Damage)

16. Mercedes Benz W164 2009 changed the mileage to new one but then it rolled back to old. After three attempts, it damaged the rear SAM of the car. Damages: Needed to replace Rear SAM.
17. Mercedes Benz w204 2008, which does not change the mileage and does not read EZS at all. After few tries did change the mileage and blocked EZS but lost communication via obd2 and damaged ZGW.
Damages on W204 - needed to Reprogram ZGW of with SCN coding at authorized BENZ dealer. over cost 800 usd

Notice 3: What FVDI Opel can't do?
1) cannot read/write eprom of OPEL Delco z14xe engine ECU.
2) cannot read/write Astra H airbag ecu and can't fix crashdata.
3) Cannot do Mileage Correction for Corsa D via OBD. Corsa D is 35080. Not possible by OBD. best way is to remove eeprom read it erase and program with new values.
Notice 4: What FVDI PSA can't do?
Whatever we suggest you not to try FVDI on Johnson BSI, from time to time, we hear people damage this ECU by FVDI, better for you to use another more safe tool for this Johnson BSI.
Some FVDI PSA users warn others: FVDI kills Johnson control BSI.
Exactly, BSI is not kill,it is in boot mode but car is in economy mode, put BSI in car but star other car and connect +and- in car for read BSI is work 100%.
To explain better my procedure: no problem when you read BSI connected other car will start on the battery of the vehicle you read BSI because the proceed is not fast and your vehicle goes into economy mod then your BSI remains in boot mod and does not want to start your car if you happen redone a reading of your BSI and finally exit the boot mod reading and more concern, especially connect another car started on the battery of the vehicle to read.
You could understand like this: the BSI goes in economy/boot mode because the procedure takes much time – I have to connect another car to the battery of the non-starting car, start the donor-car and then I will be able to connect to the “dead” BSI and revive it by switching off the economy/boot mode.

2: Put back original cluster to car and ignition on, read Immo Data, eeprom and read mileage. Don't turn off ignition.
3: Let ignition stays on and take out original cluster and put spare cluster to car, write immo data, eeprom and recalibrate mileage.
4: Now you can reset cluster and the magic have happend.
5: Turn off ignition and wait 30secound, now you can fire up car.

When you adjust mileage on Peugeot/Citroen, it is best to put BSI out from eco-mode with Diagbox, take out fuse for front wiper and turn parking light on, put charger to battery. It is safe now to adjust mileage with FVDI.

They let me know that a donor cluster was used to actually do mile calibration because original not able to do.
I find out thats because of chip in EIS was motorola and needed to be done separate and not use can block software on this.

Вот и мне пришёл китайский IProg. И первое, что мне не понравилось, это его корпус. А точнее тот алюминиевый брусок, в который они запихали программатор. Поэтому нарисовал и напечатал на 3D принтере свой корпус. Получилось несколько топорно, но меня он устраивает гораздо больше, чем китайский.
Высота корпуса уменьшилась с 35 мм до 23.5 мм. А главное значительно уменьшился вес корпуса.
Из недочётов: немного (на 1-1.5 мм) промахнулся с отверстиями для светодиодов. Но их свечение прекрасно видно, поэтому решил не переделывать модель.
И две тонкие защёлки, которые возле разъёма DB44, отломались при первой же сборке корпуса. Хотя крышка держится и без них, возможно, позже переделаю, усилив их. Заодно и отверстия подвину. Возможно...
В архиве три STL файла. Одна модель нижней части и два варианта верхней части. Один вариант только с отверстиями для светодиодов, второй с подписями для них. Как видно на фото, красивые надписи у меня сделать не получилось. Я думаю, что это из-за моей неопытности в 3D печати. Наверно настройки печати выставил не правильно. Может, у кого получится нормально их пропечатать. По этой же причине не стал делать больше никаких надписей снаружи корпуса. Хотя что-нибудь туда так и просится... 😃
Четвёртый светодиод не подписан, так как точно не знаю, за индикацию чего он отвечает. Предполагаю, что это индикация внешнего питания, но пока подключать не рискнул...

если при попытке обновления устройства с помощью iProgupd.exe, вы получаете сообщение "Программатор не подключен" (рис. 1), необходимо в изменить номер сом-порта. например, в системе у вам программатор сидит на сом41, то смените адрес порта на сом4. думаю, будет работать на любом сомХ (где, Х = 1-9) 😉
после изменения программатор определяется (рис.2) и можно заливать файл с прошивкой fw130sn.bin. после перезагрузки программатора появится возможность смены серийного номера.

У меня в работе без форс стоит такое кенго но на сіменсе... Хоч. Попробую кліпом подключусь і скіну фото. Куда лезть... Ето не в етих параметрах.... Там сверху есть типа сервисного режима.. вот там....
Насос подкачки у етих мозгах так и должен включатся на длительное время ето 100 проц. .. ну и ошибка давлени в рейле елемент блокирован.. ето же както похоже на то что нужно... Вот с етим и разберитесь
Вот какраз с последнего надо било начинать. Мозги заблокировали запуск двиг... По причине или давления рейле... Или от удара может бить.. она же у рихтовщиков.. и диагностировать клипом лучше...
Проблема не в том, что трое из сотни потенциальных клиентов сможет сделать смотку или удаление экологии. Проблема в том, что всякая пи@дота, которая писать-то толком не умеет, сажевики удаляет по 40-50 баксов в обоссанных гаражах, ЕГР по 20, лезут пропаивать все блоки подряд, всё что можно делают практически за бухло. И если вы думаете, что они сделают всё плохо, и у вас после этого появится больше работы - идите и упейтесь бензином. Работу свою они сделают ровно по таким ютуб-мануалам. Возьмут на батон кефира. И лохи приедут к ним, а не к вам. Потому что у них нашару. А у вас дорого. Хотя вы все рассказываете, что у вас качественно. Ко мне приезжают со стороны только те машины, которые передопачены всеми пи@арами страны, а дефекты не найдены. При этом клиенты приучены к низким ценам. Работу я делаю, деньги с нытьём они мне отдают. И больше не приезжают. Потому что дорого. А у скотины полубухой - хоть и плохо, но дешевле, чем пёрнуть. И к ним поедут. А мне останется опять лопатить какие-то вёдра по нескольку дней, пока какое-то малолетнее животноводное влёт отшивает сажевик, меняет масло и мотает дигипрогом щитки. И пофигу, что у меня багаж знаний, опыта непропитого тонна куча дорогих сканеров и десяток террабайтов ремонтной инфы на хардах, собранной за кучу лет и кучу денег. Это всё даже мне становится неинтересно.
Там на плате токосемный резистор... Наверно он в обриве.. хотя я когдато пробовал массу брать с корпуса на 2.0 опеле вп 44 . Заводится но плохо работает . Ошибки по этой цепи .. короче наверно. Мозг в утиль... Даже когдато пробовал сэмэтировать в аналогичной схеме этот токосемный резистор , на мозгах дсг6 пасат.. 2 дня в опу... Толку нет.... Очень точный.
