Может кто подскажет. Проблема с тестом BDM адаптера.

Тест завершен. Ошибок: 1
Логику 74HC125 и 74AC86 выпаивал и проверял в TL866 тесты проходят успешно. R2 стоит 750 Ом. Такое впечатение что какая-то логика при питании 3В филонит. Может тупо заказать новые и поменять? Кто сталкивался с подобным?
Сам спросил и сам отвечу. После замены 74НС125 всё пришло в норму. Странно, что TL866 не выявил проблему.
