Steps that i've done: 0. Write attached bin to a FAT32 stick and insert it into HU. Wait ~30seconds and then reboot the HU. 1. Enable SSH via script or ENET cable, depending on ilevel of HU(up to 18-07 can be enabled via USB BIN file) 2. Set laptop IP to 169.254.199.90 netmask 255.255.0.0 3. Connect and login with putty via SSH protocol to 169.254.199.99 4. run command "vi /net/hu-omap/fs/sda1/opt/conn/carplay/carplay.ini" 5. edit with your display settings - i have 8.8' and have below configuration is working fine - you will find the settings on bottom of the file. 6. FDL code HU: HMI_39_39_128 to aktiv 7. Reboot twice as first time I got half of the display white. 8. Test and if everything is ok, take step 9 9.
