I have similar question. 2014 MB E300 Bluetec OM642 with CR61 ECU. I have access and I can do coding in this ECU, I have seen that there are coding for EGR and DPF. Is it possible to turn of EGR or DPF with Vediamo?

After coding I have noticed that lights around speedometer and other dials does not turn on when light switch is in auto position when driving in day time. They turn on only when it gets dark and low beams turn on or if I change light switch to any other position. I tried to adjust variable resistor on IC mainboard, but that does not change anything as far as I know. I think that before I coded AMG menu these lights turned on also on day time with light switch in Auto mode and automatically got darker in night time. Can somebody check on their W212 if these lights turn when switch is in Auto during day light?

I am also interested in this question. Does anybody have a answer?

Sorry for answering in English, I understand Russian, but I can not write in kirlica... Of course You can buy seed calculator... How much does it cost? What if You don`t earn money with it, and You want to do it just because You can, for fun and only for Your car? Then buying seed calculator is not reasonable at all. It takes about hour to disassemble instrument cluster for first time. Using programmer is simple enough, and most important result is same. I made this post to show that there is alternative to seed calculator and soldering of ATMEL 25128. Of course there are risks of braking something, so it is up to You to choose best solution for Your personal preference.

Hello! This is my first post here. All this information is available for free, but it is hard to find it. I collected it from forums like MBwrold, MMH and others, also Youtube. I activated AMG menu for my Mercedes E300 and it cost me ~15Eur. What is necessary? EZP2010 programmer. You can buy it on aliexpress. It works on Windows 10 64 bit also, but it is complicated to install drivers, more info You can find on Youtube. You need to take out instrument cluster from Your cars dash board. How to do it? Search Youtube for Amazing road channel, he have video on how to remove and take apart instrument cluster and how to program AMG menu also. Then You connect EZP2010 programmer to ATMEL 25128 on Your cars IC with special clamp that You ordered together with EZP2010. Red wire goes to first connector on 25128. It is marked with small dot and small cut. First thing what You do when You Read data from ATMEL 25128, is You SAVE BACKUP!!! Only after that You change following: Change first bit in line 0001D0 to FC Change 10th bit in line 000260 to 60 for diesel or 82 for petrol. This is cure for diesel preheat or petrol CNG lamp incorrect work when wheels start to spin. After that press Prog and thats it - You have AMG menu working! Whole process explained in 19 pictures. Be very careful when taking off and putting back needles! they come off very hard and also putting them back You need to apply force. I broke fuel level gauge. So I took it off the IC204 mainboard carefully opened, put everything back in place where it needs to be and put back on IC204 mainboard. It works again!
