PSG5 Module (eeprom dump) - Bosch VP30; VP44 Pump

Hello, my name is Carlos and I'm initiating on a project to repair some PSG5 units from Bosch VP30 and VP44 pumps.
The biggest problem I'm encountering is repairing modules that have faulty EEPROM's. To have any success in these cases, I need to obtain the dump files for the various PSG5 models.
Reading the EEPROM seems impossible.
In order to recover some of these units that appear with damaged EEPROM's, I need the dump files to write a new EEPROM and replace it (a somewhat meticulous but feasible process).
According to some colleagues who claim it's possible to read the PSG5 EEPROM, I would like to ask anyone who has done it, to enlighten me on how to do it.
I know that CarProg can do this for the PSG16 via K-line, but it's not possible for the PSG5 because it doesn't have that option. I've made several attempts, but without success. I also tried reading the EEPROM directly on the hybrid board, on the SDA and SCL pins, with 5V and GND power, but also without success. I even tried putting the microprocessor in reset mode and reducing the voltage from 5V to 3V, but even then, it didn't work. If by chance someone who has already done this could point me in the right direction to obtain the hexadecimal or binary file from the EEPROM, I would be very grateful.
So far, I haven't been able to find anyone willing to share this information with me and I feel stuck at this point.
