AMG Menu/Vediamo Level 9 Patch

Greetings from Malaysia!

Does anyone know how can I activate AMG Menu through Vediamo, and also how can I get level 9 patch file for Vediamo 04.02.02? Most results I find on Google are either in Russian or they're paid content with a fee (which I can't afford at the moment).
I've done a few codings myself, learned from multiple forum posts + Google Translate and it went well! No issues so far and I'm happy with the results, despite the language barrier.

A lot of people who offer MB coding services are overcharging customers here in Malaysia, hence why I'm here doing research and obtaining resources by myself.

Forgot to mention, my car is a RHD W204 C200 CGI FL with a few bolt-on mods.
