What software or tools will be needed to read ISN from EGS? Besides EGS, are there any other modules that can read ISN?

I want to know what I would do if I couldn't read the original data from the original ECU. If you can't clone data from the original ecu, is there any way to make a second-hand ecu work in a car? This is what I want to know.

I read Falsh and Eeprom with the KT200, which I couldn't read the original ecu, but the second-hand ecu I bought to replace it reads normally. This is an ecu that cannot communicate in any way.

I don't want to know how to read and write. I want to know how to program a module so that the car can start. I didn't want this. I wanted a way to program the ecu module to get the car started.

Can I get some advice? The original DME module cannot connect at all, there is no communication.
