Genesis G70 2022 freezing screen

Hello to all mates

A customer brought to me his imported car from usa with a freeezing head unit asking to solve the problem , i tried hard reset but it did not work , i removed the head unit from the car it was MOBIS .

Any help to solve the issue would be highly appreciated

Hello, thanks for your reply, problem solved already and that valet service app was deleted , it was preventing hu from operating
