Hi again, I managed to login, looked around and I saw that  under "One key upgrade"  there was already purchased brand Audi, so I clicked on download and there was only firmware and Audi brand, from the brands menu I can't download EOBD it says no firmware found, what should I do ? Your adapter is registered under the account "I170788" and the mailbox [email protected] is linked. If you do not remember the password for the account, you can try to restore it through the website  http://uc.x431.com/enterFindBackPwd.action  or write to the Chinese at [email protected].

And then if there is an Autosearch brand in your account, download it and make a break .... If there is no Autosearch brand, then buy any brand and make a break from it ...

Hi everyone, please can someone help me, just give me some information and simple instructions how to set up and activate my launch adapter. So I have the yellow one (see attached picture) I tried downloading and installing all sorts of applications but I can not get it to work. On my old tablet with Android 4.4 Lenovo, the best I can get is a message saying that the serial number does not match, on my Xiaomi phone there is Bluetooth pairing problem and I can't pair the phone to the adapter. I tried downloading the original app but can not register the device because I don’t have an activation number, so I can not download the eobd or demo, and can not follow the instructions from first post. I think the firmware on the adapter is 11.40 and I tried brands from 2017 and 2018, sometimes with different apks the brands even do not appear in the list. Any advice will be really appreciated
